Houston's Real Estate Hot Summer Market 2015

Houston's Real Estate Market is on fire!! with a Capital 'F' I have been seeing REALTORS capitalize this summer, Sellers are able to get Top Dollar, and with interest rates holding steady it is giving a great incentive for people to buy. With all the new development that has been occuring in Houston it is driving the market. Here in North East Houston the new Generation Park is coming along nicely and the new corporate office for FMC Technologies is near completion. Downtown Houston is even glimmering with development projects, I think one of the most exciting is the new retail development in front of the Convention center. It is amazing what they are doing by bringing retail shops to the outdoor esplanade. This will force less automobile traffic on the street and bring more pedestrians to the area where they will be more inclined to enjoy the Discovery Green Park area and frequent more of the businesses in the Area. Locally to where our office is Here in the North Houston area the development race is on between Companies Such as KB Home, DR Horton, and Semi-Custom Builders such as Gehan Homes. It is simply amazing. With our sports Teams Such as the Houston Rockets being in the 2015 playoffs and the Houston Astros making a major run this season it is an exciting time to be in #ClutchCity.
